Philip Morris Limited (PML) has launched Iqos Originals Duo, a revamped and renamed version of its Iqos 3 Duo heated tobacco device.

Originals Duo’s heat control technology uses a flat wide ceramic blade to heat tobacco from the inside, which according to the suppliers, delivers “a real tobacco taste and satisfaction”.

Our Shipping Policy is listed below, please read it before placing your order.

• Orders placed by 5 p.m. in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman are eligible for Same-Day Delivery. Yet, orders placed from other parts of the UAE will be shipped in 24-48 hours

• We deliver 7 days a week, with the exception of public holidays.

• We make a concerted attempt to ship your order the same day or the following day, so you can expect it to arrive within 24-48 hours. Please bear in mind that the shipping may be delayed if there is an emergency or if the weather is really bad.

• We deliver your order for free if you spend AED 211 or more. If your order is less than AED 211, shipping will cost you AED 30.

• Standard Delivery and Rapid Delivery are the two delivery choices available to you. Additional fees will be revealed at the checkout depending on the delivery service selected.

• Kindly be informed that the company does not demand signatures when sending packages. When things are delivered, customers must have someone there to accept them.

• Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. We will indeed deliver to the shipment provided at the time of transaction. The cost of delivery is nonrefundable. The amount of your return will be subtracted from the original shipping cost.

• Keep in mind that the Delivery Driver will indeed deliver your parcel if you provide your Emirates ID/Passport and pay the entire outstanding balance.

• It is a legal requirement that you be at least 18 years old to place an order. Underage customers will almost certainly lose their money if they place an order.

Refund Policy :

• ✔ Step 1) Turn On : To turn on the IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Pocket Charger, press and hold the button for four seconds then release. The Holder Status Lights as well as the Pocket Charger Status Lights will light up gradually.

• ✔ Step 2) Charge Holder : Seamlessly insert the IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder into its corresponding Pocket Charger, then wait for the complete charge. When you see the Holder Status Light glow, that's your signal that your device is charging and its level of power.

• ✔ Step 3) Check Holder Status : To quickly assess the battery life of your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder, simply press the Holder Button. The illuminating lights on the holder will give you a clear understanding of how much power is left in your device.

• ✔ Step 4) Check Holder Status On IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Pocket Charger : To know the battery level of your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder, simply press and release its Pocket Charger Button!
