IQOS ILUMA Prime is a new version of IQOS tobacco heating device. It is the 4th generation and it has many new and improved features. The device has a sleek, modern design and is available in bronze taupe. This new version is designed by PMI in Switzerland. However, you can only use TEREA sticks with this device. It is also called IQOS 4.0 and has longer battery life.

The device supports up to 20 cigarettes on a single battery charge and can be used for two sticks in a row. With an average charging time of only two hours from 0% to 100%, this tobacco heating system stands out among its competitors. The new version is also blade-free which means it does not use any blade to heat the tobacco stick.

It uses heat-not-burn tobacco technology and can control the temperature precisely. The Smart Core Induction System™ technology heats the tobacco from inside of the stick and provides intense flavor.

• Orders placed by 5 p.m. in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman are eligible for Same-Day Delivery. Yet, orders placed from other parts of the UAE will be shipped in 24-48 hours

• We deliver 7 days a week, with the exception of public holidays.

• We make a concerted attempt to ship your order the same day or the following day, so you can expect it to arrive within 24-48 hours. Please bear in mind that the shipping may be delayed if there is an emergency or if the weather is really bad.

• We deliver your order for free if you spend AED 201 or more. If your order is less than AED 201, shipping will cost you AED 30.

• Standard Delivery and Rapid Delivery are the two delivery choices available to you. Additional fees will be revealed at the checkout depending on the delivery service selected.

• Kindly be informed that the company does not demand signatures when sending packages. When things are delivered, customers must have someone there to accept them.

How to Use IQOS Iluma Prime Bronze Taupe device :

• ✔ Step 1) : Before using your IQOS ILUMA PRIME Pocket Charger for the first time, make sure to fully charge it with its included Power Adaptor and Charging Cable (which should take about 2 hours and 15 minutes). After that's done, you can easily check your battery level by simply tapping on the button located on the charger.

• ✔ Step 2) : To activate or deactivate your Pocket Charger, press and hold the button on top for four seconds. Once you've done that, take a look at the status lights located on your IQOS ILUMA PRIME Holder to see how many experiences are available. When the lights on your Holder indicate two, it's ready to be used twice. A single light means you can use it only once - but if no lights appear at all, that just means it's time for a quick recharge in the Pocket Charger!

• ✔ Step 3) : Insert the TEREA stick with care in the IQOS ILUMA device. As soon as you insert it, Autostart will be activated. In the event Autostart is not enabled, simply press the button on your Holder to kickstart your journey!

• ✔ Step 4) : When you detect two more vibrations, your IQOS session is almost over (only 30 seconds or 2 puffs left). Carefully pull the TEREA stick upwards to remove it and make sure to use a fresh one for your next experience. Never forget that when the Holder illuminates with only one light, it means you've got just a single experience left.

• ✔ Step 5) : As soon as your Holder is docked in the Pocket Charger, you'll be able to see two round lights that will let you know how much charge it has. If they are flashing whitely, it means your Holder is being energized and getting replenished! With one or two illuminated circles on the Pocket Charger, you can easily see how many times of usage are available to you.

How to Charge your IQOS ILUMA Prime :

• ✔ Step 1) : To ensure your device is ready for its initial use, be sure to fully charge it – this should take approximately 135 minutes. After your IQOS ILUMA PRIME Pocket Charger has been charged, press the button to check its battery level. If the bottom of your light strip flashes yellow 3 times, then this is an indication that its battery is running low. Ensure you charge your Pocket Charger with the recommended power adaptor, remember that it may take up to 20 minutes for the indicator light of a device to indicate if its power has been completely drained. Feel confident knowing that your device is fully charged when the status bar has lit up, allowing you to embark on remarkable twenty experiences.

• ✔ Step 2) : Make sure to check the status lights of your IQOS ILUMA PRIME Holder. Look out for two round lights, and you'll know that your Holder is completely charged and prepared to use up to two times. If there is only one light illuminated, use it once more. For maximum safety, if the lower light flashes yellow three times in a row, be sure to recharge immediately.

• ✔ Step 3) : To charge the Holder, tug upward on the TEREA stick and place it into the Pocket Charger. When the two round lights are shining brightly, you'll know your charging is complete and that you have one or two uses waiting to be utilized.
