• We deliver your order for free if you spend AED 201 or more. If your order is less than AED 201, shipping will cost you AED 30.

• ✔ Step 1) : Power on the IQOS Holder by pressing and holding the button at the top for 4 seconds. To determine the battery level, observe the indicator lights on your device. If both are illuminated, you can be assured that it is fully charged and ready to use! If only one light is on, you have enough battery for one use, and if no lights are on, you need to recharge the holder.

• ✔ Step 2) Locate a Heets stick into the holder without turning it, as twisting may ruin the blade.
