Our Shipping Policy is listed below, please read it before placing your order.

• Orders placed by 5 p.m. in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman are eligible for Same-Day Delivery. Yet, orders placed from other parts of the UAE will be shipped in 24-48 hours

• We deliver 7 days a week, with the exception of public holidays.

• We make a concerted attempt to ship your order the same day or the following day, so you can expect it to arrive within 24-48 hours. Please bear in mind that the shipping may be delayed if there is an emergency or if the weather is really bad.

• We deliver your order for free if you spend AED 201 or more. If your order is less than AED 201, shipping will cost you AED 30.

• Standard Delivery and Rapid Delivery are the two delivery choices available to you. Additional fees will be revealed at the checkout depending on the delivery service selected.

• Kindly be informed that the company does not demand signatures when sending packages. When things are delivered, customers must have someone there to accept them.

• Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. We will indeed deliver to the shipment provided at the time of transaction. The cost of delivery is nonrefundable. The amount of your return will be subtracted from the original shipping cost.

• Keep in mind that the Delivery Driver will indeed deliver your parcel if you provide your Emirates ID/Passport and pay the entire outstanding balance.

• It is a legal requirement that you be at least 18 years old to place an order. Underage customers will almost certainly lose their money if they place an order.

Refund Policy :

• ✔ The customer has the right to request a refund if he did not damage the box while packing.

How to Use IQOS ILUMA ONE Kit Sunset Red device :

• ✔ Keep an eye on your IQOS ILUMA ONE battery level through the easy-to-use button. If you notice it's running low, simply connect the device to the included power adaptor and let it charge. However, if your battery has totally drained of power, it can take up to an hour and a half for the charge to complete.

• ✔ To power on or off your device, simply press and hold the button for four seconds.

• ✔ Gently open the cap and carefully place a TEREA stick into the filter, making sure to properly orient it so that its other end is facing outward. To ensure that IQOS ILUMA ONE is successfully activated, press and hold the button for at least one second until you feel a vibration from the device and observe its Status Light(s) pulse(s). For optimal preheating, maintain the TEREA stick in its designated place. When your IQOS ILUMA ONE vibrates and Status lights remain static, you're ready to begin using it!

• ✔ When you detect a further buzz accompanied by only one luminous white flash, your IQOS session is nearly complete (30 seconds or two puffs are left). Effortlessly remove the TEREA stick from its holder by tugging it upward. Finally, move to enclose the lid securely.

Good to know about IQOS ILUMA One :

• ✔ If you remove the TEREA stick from your IQOS ILUMA ONE, it will immediately cease operation.

• ✔ When the environment temperature around your IQOS ILUMA ONE is beyond its capabilities (0℃⁓40℃), it will automatically shut down and all lights on it flash twice in white before turning off. If you find yourself with a device that has been exposed to cooler temperatures, try warming it up by holding the device for at least one minute to get back into an optimal range.

How to charge IQOS Iluma One :

• ✔ To assess the charge of your IQOS ILUMA ONE, simply tap the button. If you notice a yellow light blinking at the base of the strip - this is a telltale sign that it's time to plug in and recharge!

• ✔ To ensure your IQOS ILUMA ONE is fully charged, plug it in for a minimum of 75 minutes using the power adaptor that comes with it. After the device is fully powered up, all lights will be aglow with a shining white hue before eventually fading away.
